We have two stunning tropical islands available to rent. Each island spans 16336 sq. m. (a quarter of a sim!) and it is set on its individual parcel giving you privacy and space in idyllic surroundings.





Unlike many water-front properties, our islands not only provide a sunny beach for you to sunbathe and party, but you also get plenty of sea to enjoy water sports.

Avastar Rentals

We have bought 2 new islands adjacent to our existing plot and we have been busy terraforming and lanscaping them. We will be making them available for rental soon so watch this space if you would like a piece of peace and quiet in tropical paradise ;)

Plus we are setting up the AvaStar Rentals group to manage the land and tenancies.

We bring you the warning siren, yes it wines like a nuclear/air raid warning siren. A must have for those - I need to launch my rocket...or I am about to be hit by my rocket lol. Simple control - touch to get it to operate and it stops after three :D

Yes we made a sculptie with Blender to give you this classic looking item.

iDOL Beach Towels

I know the summer is drawing to an end so perhaps it's a nearly nostalgic feeling that made want to put together some beach towels. And after all, the sun never goes down on SL... unless you want it too, of course... so it doesn't really matter what time of the year it is :D

I got a bit carried away and made loads. There are 6 different designs ("stars", "fish", "anchor", "flower", "heart" and "kitty")...





...plus a "Pirate" exclusive.



We have also put together a multipack for those who can't decide which one to go for - why not have them all? LOL



They all come with a built in sunbathe animation and you can show or hide the poseball.

We could not resist it, it's a Noisy Cricket and we think it needs no introductions. Its a fun replica, that actually shoots and it isn't too bad for accuracy. We just love it in the movie :)

It's Party time at AvaStar Island

Its not all work work work, you have to have the odd party here and there. We had a couple of surprise visits from some exploring NOObs and a handful of neighbours gate crashed. But its all part of the fun (Picture above)



Ed shows off some RL sausages he was actually cooking at the time! LOL This is the greatest thing about SL for some of us this is the middle of the night but across the water others are having an early dinner :D. People in the photo: Ron, Sarabi, Ed, Leonor, Squiz, Marissa, Kess, ... Noam (otter) by the raft. Couldn't you just eat those sausages now yum.

I think we all had a really good time, even a shoulder pet went for a swim lol:


The party goers were lucky enough to have a party gift from Kess too! A rather nice Fish necklace.


Plus some beachwear from Sarabi, note the ladies wearing it :)

It Rocks!

We are very happy to offer some lovely rocks for your land. These high quality textures sculptie rocks will not look out of place anywhere. Classic looks and sleek curves is what we have achieved, Come get some :D

Ok folks, we all had great fun with the old red barrels, well now we have been making some updated versions using sculpties. Yes I have been scratching my head and using Blender to bring you realistic looking barrels as shooting targets :) We have enhanced the effect so these spin around when shot, we think they are great value! Oh and you can drive through them with vehicles, but avatars will not set them off - You just hear a bumping sound and a bit of dust coming off them. We even threw in some non shoot-able ones for those of you that like them for decoration only.

AvaStar releases first shooting target

Its a first attempt and we sell it at a low price. Yes, its a barrel (Oil Drum) you can shoot! It even works on vehicles and pop guns lol. Its alot of fun!!

Good "buy" Plymouth

Sad to see the old place go, but we had to love it and leave it. Not very cost effective to have two plots of land and keep switching between them. Never mind, the new owners get a really nice plot with plenty of sea views.

A Noob Stumbles

Well after some Noob wanderings in SL I fell into GT HQ sandbox and found some very creative SLers - It turns out to be a rather good box to build in too... Thought I would give it a mention here :)

Gigs Taggart runs the sim and Kesseret Steeplechase keeps it well policed :D

A Little carried away LOL

After a happy few days of sunning our selves on Plymouth, we could not resist getting our hands on a 16,336 sq. m. (quarter Sim) island! Have we gone mad! I think we have LOL



Well it was a great find and we just love the tropical feel, can you blame us? Once a few of the trees are cleared (and obviously we will be replanting new ones elsewhere to reduce CO2 emissions lol) this place could look pretty good.

Lovely, almost there... Leonor has been the main designer of this plot. I have a go at terraforming :) Tricky but fun.

Rampant NOOb home making...

Feeeeewwww... Well the Plymouth plot was certainly completed in no time - amazing how exciting this can be to do. All we need to do now is just chillout and enjoy :)

The AvaStar Empire is formed

Well we all have to start somewhere and February 2007 was a good time as any. Its a heavy group charter info, but we posted it for your reading pleasure:

Bought our first plot! Yay!

A very exciting day today. Leonor and I bought our first piece of land. On Plymouth (Anshe Chung's Dreamland). It's a small plot by SL standards, but you have to start somewhere :D

The weird red thing is a height restriction guide/ruler for property owners. Careful not to infringe on your neighbours... ;) I must say the person we bought it off was very helpful - SL can be a really friendly place.
